  • Membership access (monthly, yearly, and lifetime)
  • Tools & Community (coming soon)

4. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

  1. Not redistribute or resell our signals, research, or membership credentials.
  2. Not share login details or grant unauthorized third parties access to your account.
  3. Comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  4. Not engage in any harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users or our staff.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer:

  • Monthly and Yearly recurring subscriptions
  • Lifetime access option with a single payment

By subscribing, you authorize us (and/or our third-party payment processors like Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; however, refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may periodically offer promotions or coupon codes:

  • Time-Limited: Promotions may run for a specific duration only.
  • One-Time Use: Each user is allowed to use a promotion code only once. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this is prohibited.
  • No Separate Refund Terms: Promotional purchases are also covered under our standard 30-day refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and graphics on the Site are the property of Harajuku Holdings LTD or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site or Services without our express written permission.

All disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus. If the parties agree, disputes may first be submitted to arbitration in Cyprus under mutually acceptable rules.
