Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly) and the Lifetime Access option offered by MarketQuant under Harajuku Holdings LTD.

2. Refund Window

  • 30-Day Refund Guarantee: We offer a 30-day refund period for new subscribers and for the Lifetime Access purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a refund.

3. How to Cancel

  • Cancellation Method: Email[email protected]with your request. Please include your account details or the email used for registration.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation requests typically take effect immediately, and you will lose access at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

4. No Partial/Prorated Refunds

  • We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-year cancellations once the 30-day window has passed.

5. Lifetime Deal Refunds

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on the Lifetime plan. If requested within that time, you will receive a full refund.
